Who we are

This site is operated by Zeitoun Claygate (The Green, St Leonard's Rd, Esher KT10 0JQ). We're the data controller for any personal information collected here. Email us at info@zeitounclaygate.co.uk with any questions.

What we collect, and why

• ·Newsletter signups. If you give us your email, we store it with our mailing-list provider (MailerLite). We use it to send occasional updates, typically once a month or less. You can unsubscribe at any time from the bottom of any email.
• ·Private-event enquiries. The contact form sends your details directly to our team's email inbox. We keep enquiries until the event is done, then archive them.
• ·Reservations. Bookings are handled by OpenTable. We don't store your reservation details on this website; they live with OpenTable under their privacy policy.
• ·Analytics. We use Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool that doesn't track individuals or collect personal data. No cookies; no profiles; no IP addresses stored.

Who we share data with

Only the services strictly needed to run the site:

• ·Cloudflare (site hosting, anti-spam)
• ·Plausible (analytics, no personal data)
• ·OpenTable (reservations)

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your data, or stop using it. Email info@zeitounclaygate.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We don't use any cookies that require consent. The booking widget (OpenTable) and the map embed (Google Maps) may set their own when you interact with them. That's covered by their respective policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantive we'll update the date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect existing subscribers, we'll email you.
